Grammercy is a stunning piece and beautifully balanced piece combining black walnut with beautifully characteristic grains and colors. In finishing the wood Gramercy became very geometric leading to the use of splines vs. more typically used bowties which contributed to Gramercy’s beautiful geometry. The splines whose intention is to stabilize small checks in the wood add a striking design detail that accentuates Grammercy’s uniqueness.
An ideally sized board game piece Grammercy is a showstopper and a perfect addition to a family room, game room or wherever families gather! As is the case with every piece we create, the checkers, dice and doubling cube enabled us to add beautiful color details to Gramercy that provide great depth and beauty.
